The world's first! A room temperature drying super hydrophobic coating agent (conformal coating agent) designed and developed specifically for substrates. It provides reliable protection for electrical circuits with its super hydrophobic properties.

Fluorine-based super water-repellent coatings allow water droplets to roll off at several angles, making them ideal for protecting printed circuit boards! 1. For printed circuit boards, moisture is the greatest enemy. They can repel liquids such as condensation, rain that intrudes from the outside of the equipment housing, and electrolyte leaked from batteries, thereby providing strong protection for the circuit board. 2. Printed circuit boards are installed inside the equipment housing, so they are not exposed to the environments that cause the aforementioned super water-repellent issues. 3. Fluorine-based coating films have high moisture resistance, insulation performance, and also resistance to acids and lithium battery electrolytes. Even if the super water-repellent structure is compromised, the protective performance for the circuit board does not diminish. 4. Furthermore, FluoroSurf is non-flammable and legally classified as not being an organic solvent. Its high safety allows for a significant reduction in management items related to hazardous materials under fire prevention laws and organic solvents under safety and health laws. This also minimizes capital investment. 5.
